I am a therapist of over 25 years experience with a busy practice in Felpham, Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

I treat my clients using reflexology, kinesiology, reiki, EFT and other therapies, according to each clients' individual needs.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural therapy based upon the application of pressure to the feet or hands. It is a safe treatment which seeks to balance the body.
Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the study of muscles and movement. It can indicate food intolerances and allergies and provide biofeedback on suitable nutritional needs.
Reiki

Reiki is the Japanese for 'universal life force'. This energy is known as 'Chi' in Chinese therapies or 'Prana' in Ayurvedic medicine.
Feng Shui

Living in a home or area with blocked energy can affect your health and well being as well as your ability to make progress with projects.
Psychic Development

Emmett Technique

The Emmett technique was developed by Russ Emmett. It involves the application of light finger pressure at specific points, referred to as "Emmett points".
